Two all-new songs! The aim of both was to capture the image you see here: crystals, ice, fruit, and the passing from winter to spring seasons.
WINTER INTO SPRING proudly features on the crystal/spring themed Index Of Refraction album Thaw:

ICE INTO WATER is the simpler 'companion piece', a handbell based tune that I composed for the same purpose. I had the choice of using either and went for the other one, but I think they go together well on their own.
As for the style, Ice Into Water is vaguely classical/ambient but I don't know otherwise. One thing I know I like about Winter Into Spring is, it feels like a true hybrid for me. I have new 8-bit elements with semi-glitchy beats in addition to the usual synth pads and bells, and it alternates between a gentle twinkly vibe with harp and flute w/o drums to vaguely electropop flourishy sections.
I think both songs flow better than a lot of my previous stuff, so it would mean a lot if you took a moment to listen. Although, with all that's going on right now, I certainly won't blame you if you don't have that time.
